We provide clear, high-resolution drone footage to document roof damage for insurance claims and inspections. Our reports offer a safe, fast, and reliable way to capture evidence—giving homeowners, adjusters, and contractors the visuals they need to make informed decisions.
Cancellation Policy
Advance Booking All sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day bookings are subject to instructor availability. Deposits & Payments A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your spot. Full payment must be completed before the first session begins. Rescheduling Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in loss of session or deposit. Cancellations Cancellations made 2 days before the program start are eligible for a refund (minus the deposit). No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 2 days of the first session. No-Show Policy Students who do not attend a scheduled session without notice forfeit that session. Weather Policy Outdoor flights depend on safe weather conditions. In the event of unsafe weather, sessions will be rescheduled at no cost.
